I had a problem with my parcel and I try contacting support a few times. They was just sending generic replies at first, then it basically went quiet. No proper help, no update, and I had to keep chasing it myself. Frustrating when you’re needing a quick answer

I paid extra for the insurance thinking it would give me some peace of mind, but it felt pointless. My parcel arrived damaged, and when I tried to make a claim, it was just denied with a bunch of excuses. I was disappointed with Parcel Monkey this time. The courier choices I got weren’t really what I expected, and the prices didn’t feel like good value either. It felt less like I was choosing from proper options and more like I just had to pick from whatever happened to show up. In the end, I spent more time than I wanted and booked somewhere else. Personally, I wouldn’t bother using it again unless they improve the selection.

"Lost parcel and really poor support"
My parcel ended up being marked as lost, parcel Monkey’s help was really poor. I kept getting passed from one person to another, and the replies felt like copy and paste rather than someone actually looking into it. Like I said, the parcel being lost was frustrating enough, but the way they handled it made it so much worse. The claim process was slow, confusing, and I never felt like anyone was taking ownership. Like I said, I really didn’t feel supported at all, and I wouldn’t use them again

"The prices caught my eye first…"
The prices caught my eye first. they looked good. So I gave it a shot. Then the tracking started lagging behind, which was annoying. One update would show up late, then nothing for a while. I asked support and got different answers depending on who replied. Not super reassuring. The parcel did arrive in the end, and it was fine, so there’s that. But I don’t know. I’m still not sure I’d use them again.

I ended up paying more than I expected once the extra fees were added, and the service still felt cheap. I feel like I could’ve just booked directly, saved myself the hassle, and gotten the same result. Doesn’t really seem worth it, does it?

I used to check Parcel Monkey whenever I wanted cheaper shipping, but lately their prices just aren’t competitive at all. I found the exact same parcel cheaper by going straight to the courier, so what’s the point? Feels like these jokers aren’t really saving anyone money anymore, tbh

"Got Delivered, But the Paperwork Was Frustrating"
Booking the shipment was straightforward, so I thought the whole thing would be easy. But this is where it got annoying: the customs documents were confusing in a few places, and I ended up having to redo parts of them before I could drop the parcel off. "Tracking Said Delivered, But It Wasn’t"
The tracking suddenly said my parcel had been delivered, but it definitely wasn’t with me. It was still stuck somewhere for days, which was really annoying. I’m not a fan of all the vague, polished updates companies give when something clearly hasn’t gone right, just tell me where the package actually is.
